Proof66 Notes

Courvoisier VS (very special) cognac is their entry level and most common (and popular) expression. It is a blend of cognacs aged between 4 and 8 years.

Courvoisier cognacs claim a heritage back to the early 19th century and a legendary visit from Napoleon Bonoparte, which leads them to place his silhouette on every bottle and claim to be the "cognac of Napoleon." It is made in France from the Ugni Blanc grape, then aged and blended at the historic Courvoisier headquarters.

It is Courvoisier, what else is there to say. Harsh bite, hot burn, no finish.
