Proof66 Notes

Bittercube Trinity Bitters is presumably named for the three flavors of cherry bark vanilla, orange, and Bolivar bitters. They suggest it for Old Fashioned and Manhattan cocktails, which suggests to us an analogue for famous Angostura bitters.

Bittercube Bitters was founded in 2009 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by Nicholas Kosevich and Ira Kopolowitz. With a cocktail background, they're proud of using all-natural ingredients, which includes no extracts or oils. They work in cooperation with Milwaukee-based Yahara Bay.
