Proof66 Notes

Curious Gin is a blend of 14 unnamed botanicals that they call a blend of local and "exotic." Bottled at a relatively light 80 proof, it is designed to be "mellow" for people who believe that they "don't like gin." It is made in the traditional London dry, juniper-forward style.

The Catskill Distilling Company was founded by Monte Sachs in Bethel, New York but who learned of distilling while studying in Italy.
