Belle de Brillet is a classic liqueur comprised of cognac and pear flavors. The Belle de Brillet is bottled at 60 proof and claim to use 22 pounds of pears in each bottle blended with their own cognac.

Maison Brillet is located in historic Cognac, France on 150 acres of vineyards where they produce cognac and other spirits. It is named for Guy Brillet who founded the company in 1656. The liqueurs were first produced in 1985.
