Liquor Review Notes:
Yellow Chartreuse liqueur is made by Carthusian monks in France. First launched in 1838, this yellow version is considered a milder (lower proof) and sweeter version of the more legendary "green" version. It is an all-natural production with no artificial colors or preservatives.
