Coole Swan liqueur is a premium, Irish cream liqueur. They base their claim on premium ingredients, beginning with Irish cream from Cavan County and grass-fed cows; the cream is blended with whiskey within 2 hours to ensure maximum freshness. They also use Belgian chocolate and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla to round out the flavor profile. It is one of the few Irish creams to use single malt Irish whiskey rather than blended grain whiskey in their liqueur. The liqueur presents a milky white in the bottle, much lighter than many competitors on the market.

By: degbert (116) 8/19/2011Cheers!(2)Take 2 ounces of Coole Swan. Add an ounce of either Kahlua Hazelnut or Godiva Raspberry Chocolate Vodka. Shake with ice, strain into a martini glass. this is the Diabetic Coma, and it's one of my favorite drinks. Great stuff.

It's thick and pleasant in a good way; strong aroma of vanilla; just very, very pleasant. It's the first time I've ever been inspired to seek out an Irish cream.
