Proof66 Notes

Dolce Cilento liqueurs are a line of classic Italian spirits produced at an undisclosed Italian distillery in southern Italy. The name comes from the Cilento National Park that stands near the distillery. They grow their own fruits and claim to use organic methods in their production. They peel their fruit within hours of harvesting and use special knives to ensure only the outer skin is used (the inner pith often responsible for inserting bitterness into the liquor). The zest is then infused in 192 proof spirit for one week.

The Dolce Cilento Nocciole is a cream liqueur made with four different kinds of hazelnut (hazlenut, Avellana, Noisette, and Avela). They suggest serving chilled or in coffee.
