Official liquor review for Frangelico Original Hazelnut Liqueur

Liquor Review Notes:
Frangelico liqueur is produced in northern Italy and claims origins stretching back over 300 years to early Christian monks (which gives rise to the rather iconic bottle that is supposed to be a monk but many see as Mrs. Butterworth). The name comes from the name "Fra Angelico" who was a 16th century hermit. The liqueur is made from toasted wild hazelnuts from Italy infused with other flavors such as cocoa and vanilla then lightly aged in oak.

Frangelico is owned by the Irish Company C&C International (itself owned by Gruppo Campari) but is produced in Italy.
