Proof66 Notes

Lazzaroni amaro is the Paolo Lazzaroni take on the classic, herbal infused bitters liqueur ("amaro"). They suggest serving as a digestif after a meal perhaps tempered with club soda.

First starting production in 1851, Paolo Lazzaroni & Figli have been known for producing amaretto as well as other liqueurs for many decades, most famously for the Lazzaroni biscuits.

pretty astringent in the bitterness department, but not like Campari. Very dry, with only the slightest hint of sweet, and I mean slight.
