A "must-have" for any home bartender/mixologist! The versatility is amazing. It adds life to literally ANY cocktail! I don’t think it really stands on it’s own, but just a splash here or there makes a good cocktail great!

Agree with that! St. Germain was the first liqueur that really opened my eyes into what cocktails could be. I hope to never be without a bottle.

Excellent stuff- the standard for elderflower without a doubt. Beautifully balanced on the sweetness front. Excellent on its own or mixed. That said, I find myself preferring some of the higher-proof alternatives these days- 20% is a bit shy in my experience with mixing elderflower. Also, the other elderflower liqueurs I have had are just as good taste wise at a smaller price- but this stuff does come in a really cool looking bottle...

Great but expansive, similar to Soho Lychee but twice the price. I prefer the taste of St-Germain tastes a little.

This is a unique herbal liquor that is very flavorful while still being quite light, and goes well in light cocktails. It also goes well in most teas, particularly Jasmin.

4.4/5; Believe the hype. The taste is lychee and a little sweetness from grapefruit. The other reviews are spot on about mixing especially with gin. I have since learned about thatchers which I have not tried but will soon as a cheaper alternative. Hopefully I'll have a review there soon to see if its a suitable substitute.

one of the best liqueurs on the market, though you'll want to do a little research to find some proper cocktails for it. I recommend the White Linen, or mixing with champagne. incredible floral taste and odor, very well-made, delicate and complex stuff in a great looking bottle.

Simply put.. It tastes like grapefruit. You'd never think it; but it improves almost anything. Super versatile. A must have for the cocktail enthusiast.

I'm sure there are drinks not improved by St Germain. But after mixing it with everything from lime-infused gin to hoppy American-style IPAs, I have yet to find one.

This is an aperitif that is quality, smooth, sweet, and flavorful. It should work wonders in fruity cocktails, though it can be syrupy sweet by itself. Use wisely so this doesnt overpower your concoction. Its color is subtle, and its presentation is classy and feminine. Keep a bottle of this handy for special occasions with full course meals, or celebrations.

St. Germain gives a wonderful, flowery, sweet flavor to any drink recipe it is added to. The flavor is unique and so intriguing it can easily hold its own in any cocktail. Thus take care when using it because it can easily overpower even the strongest flavors.

One of the more interesting liqueurs I have come across in a while. Truly different and wonderful, great addition to a cocktailian's armamentarium, and worthy of some extended cocktail research.

Excellent. Very sweet, but would be outstanding infused in many drinks.

I drank it straight and it was pretty good. I think it would be much better mixed, but I was still impressed with the flavors.

I'd never heard of St Germain before Proof66. Thanks so much for introducing me to it! It's fruity, but deep, and not too strong. I really liked it over ice.

The is the first liqueur I would buy when stocking a bar from scratch--I've never met anyone who is not blown away by their first St Germain cocktail.

a sweet tasting flavor. Great on a warm day. A little ice or some seven up makes a great drink. Not an every day drink but something I'd enjoy once in a while.

Very light and a little sweet. Had it with some tonic water. Very tasty but not something I would drink frequently.
