This is a Florida company making wine and spirits from California grapes. They currently (April, 2009) produce a vodka, a grappa, and some citrus liqueur (orange and lemon).

Empire Limonela liqueur is made with Florida key limes and a "process of maceration" that maintains the essential flavors of the fruit.

Spirits Review gave this liqueur 8 out of 10 olives saying, "A wonderful if idiosyncratic liqueur (not much call for lime liqueurs in drinks books)."
