Bodegas San Isidro originated as El Progreso Agricultural Syndicate in 1934. Today it is a cooperative of several different wineries and other institutions. They began making pisco in 2002 under new ownership and direction of Carlos Ferreyros and Diego Loret de Mola.

Barsol Pisco is a brand of the traditional Peruvian spirit made distilled in brandy style from wine grapes.

Barsol Supremo Mosto Verde pisco is a single varietal pisco made from the Mosto Verde wine grape.
