Proof66 Notes

Capel Alto del Carmen is reportedly a "puro" pisco made from 100% muscatel grape presenting in a golden color resulting from a short aging in oak of 6 to 8 months.

The 2011 Wine Enthusiast review found flavors of "bananas drizzled with maple syrup."

Grupo Capel is located in Chile and offers a number of different pisco spirits produced from grapes from various valleys.
