By: ProfessorCocktail (49) 12/12/2011Cheers!(0)A so-called "premium" rum at a premium price, but with little to distinguish it. Light on aroma and flavor, it makes for a passable mixer, but isn't worth the money. I'm not sure what the point of this rum is.

By: degbert (116) 9/7/2011Cheers!(0)First off, a caveat; this rating is for the reformulated 10 Cane that's been out for about nine months. Originally, this rum had no molasses in it; they've wimped out and added molasses. I'd call the original a three-star.
By: TheSippingLife (112) 3/15/2011Cheers!(0)Like Tommy Bahama Gold, Im surprised this rum rates so highly. Not that 10 Cane is bad, but it doesn strike me as a rum of that level. This rum has a very "vegetal" quality to it, one that in my experience is consistent with sugar cane-based rums like Oronoco. 10 Cane has a very unique taste, one that didn hit me as well as Oronocos on the first experience. 10 Cane is definitely a cut above many rums under $30, and I love the bottle design. The taste could use some work, but its pretty good, especially if you are looking for something different in a rum, and its color grabs you.

By: Master Horn (12) 11/29/2008Cheers!(0)Could not detect a specific flavor through the chalky egg nog... but it was smooth.
