Our Tasting Notes: This liqueur has an intensely robust ginger bite but the flavor is pure and the liquor clean. It is absolutely outstandng in a variety of drinks... it's awesome, for example, as an alternative to sweet vermouth in a Manhattan (believe it or not--but use just a touch!) and--most especially--in the gingerpear martini, featuring pear nectar and vodka.

Comments: This is a must have for your bar! Add this liqueur to a classic mojito to add a new refreshing twist. Add 1/2 shot of this liqueur along with the rum, simple syrup, and mint! You can also add this to a classic well drink such as a bourbon and ginger ale. Add a splash of this, and you will be pleasantly surprised! Don't be afraid to add this liqueur to any of your fruit drinks, it's a great compliment to mango and pear cocktails.
