Jill Witty is the founder of J. Witty Spirits and had a background as a chef and caterer. The company is dedicated to both handcrafting and organic ingredients. For ivy league enthusiasts out there, Jill is a Yale graduate; for the surfers, she took an MBA from UCLA.

J Witty Organic Chamomile liqueur is the first product launch for the company. The liqueur is infused with chamomile (of course!), honey, and other spices.

Note: the website claims Jill Witty lives in Berkley, California but the San Francisco results (2009) claim an origin of Oregon... we have opted for the Oregon listing (April, 2009).
