UV Vodka is made with "pure Minnesotan water" from the aquifers of Princeton, MN. They're scientifically motivated with this vodka purifying the water with a "three bed de-ionization process" and testing the vodka for proper pH balance between 6.0 and 7.0--they even include an EPA chart for pH and suggest testing vodkas with Bailey's Irish cream: "If it begins to curdle, even slightly, there’s acid in the vodka."
