Proof66 Notes

Dos Armadillos tequila is made from a base of Blue Weber agave averaging 9 years in maturation. . The bottles are items they consider "pieces of art." They are made of hand-decorated glass with clay medallions that is also hand-made and hand-painted. Each bottle will be subtly different.

Dos Armadillos Anejo tequila is their "aged" or "anejo" edition, meaning it will have aged in oak for at least 1 year prior to bottling. This gives the normally clear tequila a golden color and sophistication. They say it has a "sweet and soft" taste with a lingering finish. They suggest serving neat at precisely 60 degrees Fahrenheit (16 centigrade).
