Liquor Review Notes:
Toro Azul tequilas are made with family-owned, estate-grown agave. Here, they claim to be able to select the finest agave plants for production.
Toro Azul reposado is "rested" (that is, briefly aged) for 11 months (1 more month would qualify it as an anejo tequila) in French brandy barrels rather than the more typical whiskey barrels, imparting in their words an "exquisite combination of caramel and citrus."
