Proof66 Notes

This vodka is made using Idaho potatoes--what else!--made with Snake River aquifer water. This generally implies a creamy, earthy vodka highly prized by a vocal group of Vodka Martini drinkers.

The 44 Degrees North brand was founded by Ken Wyatt and Ron Zier based in Rigby, Idaho and first became known for its huckleberry vodka but then branched out into other spirits. They lay claim to be the only vodka approved to bear the official State of Idaho seal. The vodka itself is produced by contract in Idaho's Distilled Resources.
