Proof66 Notes

ADK vodka is made from a base of 100% corn grain, a distinctly American style of vodka that we tend to think equates to a slightly sweeter vodka. While French and Russian vodkas are traditionally given a charcoal filtration, ADK vodka filters through "Herkimer diamonds."

The Adirondack Distilling Company is located in Utica, New York and an homage to both local ingredients and the Adirondack Mountains. It was founded by Bruce Elwell, Steve Cox, and Jordan Karp in 2011 on a vision of high-quality spirits.
