Liquor Review Notes:
Broken Shed vodka is named for the origins of the vodka, which were a sad little shed in New Zealand which served as the laboratory and training ground for the commercial product that's out today. It is bottled in Wanaka, New Zealand. They use a process of blending down a spirit based from whey with water from the Southern Alps and giving it a polish through their own filtration technique. (Note: this would generally classify them as a "rectifier" rather than a distiller but we are quick to note that they are still primarily responsible for the taste of the product and are rightly listed as the producers.) They are proud to use all ingredients from New Zealand.
