Proof66 Notes

Chopin Vodka is named for the classic Polish composer Frederic Chopin. While more commonly known as a potato vodka, the label has recently expanded to make the "finest single ingredient" vodkas in the world. In this case, Chopin Wheat Vodka is the expression of the single ingredient wheat. Vodkas made from wheat are considered to have a softer, smoother flavor profile; Chopin's version is made with 100% golden wheat grown in Poland.
