Crown Valley Distilling is the liquor end of Crown Valley Brewery of Missouri. They also include a restaurant, general store, and gourmet coffee. And cigars. There is a winery in the Crown Count complex as well, serving as a base for some of their spirits.

Crown Valley Vodka is made from a base of estate-grown wine grapes (distilled wine goes from eau-de-vie to vodka when distilled up to 190 proof). They use a chill-filtration process to smooth out the spirit and produce only in small batches.
