Liquor Review Notes:
Dragon Bleu vodka bills itself as the world's only "blended vodka." It uses a blend of spirits each made exclusively with barley, wheat, and rye. It is made with spring water from the Gensac Spring. Interestingly, "dragon" is not meant to invoke the great winged, fire serpents we know from Tolkien but rather an untranslatable word meaning "pursuit--pursuit of what you want and what you deserve."
Dragon Bleu ginger is presumably a new flavor launched by company, though at this time (July, 2010) it is not acknowledged on its website.
Dragon Bleu Ginger Vodka was awarded the Silver Medal at the 2010 SIP Awards.
