Dripping Springs Vodka is name after the city it is made in: Dripping Springs, Texas just outside of Austin. It is made from a base of US midwestern corn in traditional batches from a pot still. It is blended down with artesian spring water--they reference Hill Country and "mineral rich" water, which is an important component of premium vodka. Their website goes so far as to list the mineral content, including magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, biocarbonate, fluoride, and silica. They use a traditional charcoal filtration.
