L'Chaim Kosher Vodka
This is a Tier 3 score in the Vodka category. It means critics recommended the spirit but it will be a value brand or have an exotic taste.
L'Chaim Kosher vodka is--obviously enough--kosher. The brand is meant to be a symbol of unity: "brings together all people from everywhere regardless of social, political, cultural, economic or religious backgrounds." It is made in Israel using a generations-old formula and blending with their own spring water, which they claim requires no filtration.
Google searches might show that L'Chaim Vodka as a brand was involved in a trademark dispute between the Virtuoso Distillers in Indiana and Group Force Capital importing their product from Israel. We have learned that the decision was in favor of Group Force, who now owns the rights to that brand name and spirit and are correctly listed here as the owners.
The Beverage Testing Institute in 2010 suggested L'Chaim Vodka was "A fiery vodka for Bloody Marys."
