Liquor Review Notes:
OYO Vodka is a craft-distilled, small batch vodka made from American Midwest Red Wheat. They claim their still is so efficient it can attain the appropriate purity of spirit (190 proof) in a single "pass"--that is, one distillation. It is not charcoal filtered. The name "OYO" should be pronounced as individual letters: "Oh-why-Oh."
OYO Stone Fruit vodka is a flavored version of their wheat vodka. It presents a brilliant red flavored with Montmorency cherries, yellow peaches, apricots, almonds, hibiscus, and "a touch" of wildflower honey. The stone fruits are a reference to the pits in the fruits in question (traditionally used as part of the infusion in many liqueurs and spirits).
