Liquor Review Notes:
Parliament vodka is known as the "genuine Russian vodka" (at least in their marketing literature) and celebrates the fact that uses Russian products and Russian techniques honed over 500 years of production. It was first launched in 1998 and named for a word implying strength, democracy, and openness (presumably as part of the Glasnost and Perestroika era of Gorbachev).
Parliament vodka is purified with milk, which is thought to absorb impurities and then later removed from the spirit. It is filtered through fossil algae, coal, sand, and other filtration techniques.
It is produced by the "Parliament Group" on behalf of CEDC.
