Proof66 Notes

Potocki Wodka is named for the the 19th century inheritors of the the Lancut distillery Alfred and Arthur Potocki. It is made from locally grown Polish rye and is still owned and managed by descendants of the original Potocki family. It is blended with local water and then bottled without filtration—an unusual step that is meant to preserve the authenticity of the spirit.
