Lantamannen is a Swedish farmers co-op that was commissioned by Constellation Brands to produce vodka... in this case, resulting in the Svedka label.
Svekda vodka is made from Swedish winter wheat and claims to have been voted the best vodka of 2033. That's not a typo... they have claimed victory at a future date; which is nicely in keeping with their robot-lady (the party bot) mascot.

I love a good vodka as much as the next guy, but you want to stay away from this, it tastes like rubbing alcohol and will make you sick if you have more than 5 ounces. go get some Tito's or Russian Standard instead, or Vox if you're the type that likes to drink vodka without tasting it.

On its own, it's oddly complex for a vodka (using the word complex pretty loosely). Has faint tastes of citrus, albeit with an alcohol burn. However, I don't think it mixes very well, and after drinking very little of it (maybe two ounces) I got quite the headache, which makes me question the distillation. Get Sobieski instead. $17 or so in my area.

U taste the alcohol.........Drinking large amounts of this stuff is murder.......It gives people the worst headache ever......I once gave it out at a party.......an everyone said that drinking shots.....an more then three drinks makes u sick.......an it does
U can find Svedka anywhere..........it kinda xpensive.......for such crappy quality
My point is......there is no reason to purchase svedka.......heres why.....people either love it or hate....look at the medals look at beverage institute.....one day they say its the best the next day they say its sucks........

An the answer is.......This vodka is a 84........they cut corners in the production process....thats what makes people sick....dont be fooled cause its made in sweden........bottom line try it...once
