Liquor Review Notes:
This is a vodka distilled from French grapes. The name "swan's neck" is actually named for the "cole de cygne," which means the curved portion of the alambic pot still's copper piping. The brand was made as a collaboration between Bernard Portet of the Clos du Val Wine Company in California and David Laverne of L&P Spirits Imports.
In a mention in Tasting Panel Magazine (May, 2013), David Laverne recommends serving the vodka at room temperature: exactly 72 degrees fahrenheit.
