Vodka - Corn
Twenty 2 Micro Distilled Vodka
This score falls in the 95th percentile of all spirits in the Vodka category and is an example of the very best in its class.
The production batches of Twenty 2 are a mere 50 gallons, allowing complete production control so that "just the ethanol molecule is carried over into the final vodka." The production setup involves the use of many small stills rather than a few large stills (probably the result of some hardcore Operations Research optimization algorithm aimed at minimizing impurities). The final stage of process involves mixing in "pristine" Maine water and chill filtering.
Each bottle is is hand-numbered before it goes out the door.

About the Producer:
Twenty 2 Micro Distilled Vodka is clearly made by (or we should say "lovingly crafted by") precision-oriented vodka lovers. After reading some of their marketing materials, we were not surprised to learn that the founders are alumni Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. The founders are hardcore adherents to the "flavorless" vodka paradigm. Their marketing materials describe the vodka as: "No Color. No Taste. No Odor. Exceptionally Smooth. Neutral Spirit."
