Official liquor review for UV Cake Flavored Vodka

Liquor Review Notes:
UV Vodka is made with "pure Minnesotan water" from the aquifers of Princeton, MN. They're scientifically motivated with this vodka purifying the water with a "three bed deionization process" and testing the vodka for proper pH balance between 6.0 and 7.0.

UV Cake vodka is one of their newer flavors launched in 2011. It takes advantage of some of the newer, more dessert-oriented flavors popular in vodka. The flavor is meant to call in mind the taste of vanilla cake with creamy white frosting. They suggest mixing with ginger ale.

The 2011 Beverage Testing Institute declared: "Delivers as promised."
