Proof66 Notes

The name "1000 stills" is a nod towards the bootlegging past of the Adirondacks, which they say was known as the "land of 1,000 stills." The white whiskey is made with a 100% base of corn grain, which is the traditional grain base for "authentic" moonshine from the eastern mountains of the US though bottled at a relatively gentle 80 proof.

The Adirondack Distilling Company is located in Utica, New York and an homage to both local ingredients and the Adirondack Mountains.
