The body is at best an acquired taste... It arrives distinctly bitter developing light spices, more bitterness and medium pepper. It's noticeably watery as well. The finish is medium length and is initially mildly bitter and spicy but decays to an unpleasant sourness. The aftertaste lets this down further as it becomes increasingly sour and this sour taste lingers on the palate for ages - and not at all moreish. This is supposed to be a classic?
