Proof66 Notes

The Kilchooman Machir Bay is a "vatted" single malt, blending a variety of ages aged in both bourbon barrels plus a short rest in Oloroso sherry casks. The name "machir bay" appears to refer to a the western bay of Scotland that is a popular recreational (and well-photographed) scene.
