Proof66 Notes

Mad River Distillers Revolution Rye is named in honor of George Washington, whom they correctly note was a producer of rye whiskey. Their whiskey is made from a base of 100% rye (many rye whiskeys are softened with other grains like wheat or corn). They use a malted chocolate rye, a toasted rye, and a classic rye all from organically grown grown.
