American Whiskey - Unaged/Moonshine
Junior Johnson's Midnight Moonshine
This spirit has received awards in the past but not recently enough to qualify for a Proof66 Rating.
Midnight Moonshine is--as a moonshine--un-aged whiskey. The spirit comes out colorless because it never sees the inside of a barrel, which is more typically seen in the "brown spirits" class of whiskeys in general. Piedmont claims that it is "smoother than vodka" and "better than whiskey."
