Proof66 Notes

Port Dundas is a style of "single grain" scotch whisky. This is decidedly not single malt whisky, which is made from a base of malted barley grain (and malted barley only) or blended scotch whisky (a malted barley and grain blend), but rather made only from the grain (probably wheat) usually used to blend with single malt scotch. We believe it would be reminiscent of an American wheat whiskey.
