Proof66 Notes

Colegan Single Malt Whiskey is made from a base of 100% malted barley in the single malt scotch style. They use an undisclosed process to smoke their malted barley; they also age the whiskey in temperature controlled conditions "ranging from freezing cold to swelteringly hot, and humidities ranging from bone dry to unbelievably damp." We'll hazard a guess that the name of the whiskey comes from a combination of founder Colin Keegan's name.
