Proof66 Notes

Smooth Ambler Contradiction bourbon takes two of the classic train bills of American bourbon and blends them together. The "wheated" bourbon, with its requisite 50%+ corn is made with a corresponding amount of wheat and generally indicates a softer, more approachable whiskey. The "high rye" bourbon uses a corresponding balance of rye considered to create a spicier and more robust flavor.
