Tullamore Dew Irish whiskeys were first made in 1829 and named for the town of Tullamore in which they were made. The "Dew" comes from the initials of founder Daniel E Williams: his initials right on every bottle of whiskey.

10 year master blend. Cost $33. My wife and I enjoy the standard Tullamore Dew and were very pleased with the the 10 year master blend. Remarkably smooth, with a nice rich caramel and vanilla flavor, though not as vanilla as Jameson.
