Diplôme Original 1945 Recipe Dry Gin

Bottle/Rating Data

Proof66 Notes

Diplome Dry Gin is said to have been invented in 1945 in France during WWII and became the "official gin" of the American liberating army. The modern version was released in 2013 and uses a botanical base of juniper, coriander, lemon, orange, angelica, saffron, iris, and fennel. This strikes us as a highly traditional London dry style of gin with the Mediterranean touch of saffron.
