Proof66 Notes

Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin is made to a proof of 117.6 and named in honor of the British Navy's tradition/myth of keeping their gin high enough proof that cannon could still be ignited if gin were spilled on the fuse. The gin is similar in profile to their citrus-forward Rare Dry gin but reduced in orange in lieu of lime (and, of course, a higher bottling proof so less water).
