Proof66 Notes

Greenall gin considers itself the "original London Dry" after being created in 1761 near the height of the English "gin craze." They claim the modern product uses the same formula, stills, and local water as the original. In 2014, they extended their gin into flavored expressions, this being the Wild Berry Gin. In an informative write-up at Gin Foundry, they note the gin is flavored with (unspecified) wild berries following distillation for a maceration (or a good, thorough soaking) but aim for only a hint of berry rather than a full-on flavor infusion.
