Proof66 Notes

The King of Soho Gin is flavored with a blend of 12 botanicals that includes juniper (of course), coriander, citrus, angelica, cassia, and grapefruit among others. We've opted to list this as a modern-styled gin (in spite of the label London Dry) because of the pronounced citrus note. The gin is named for Paul Raymond, known as the King of Soho (who owned a great deal of property in the Soho area of Westminster London aimed at the entertainment business), and it is is his son Howard who brought the gin to market in honor of his father.
