Proof66 Notes

"Turicum" is said to be the Latin name Romans used to refer to the area that is now Zurich, Switzerland and today lends its name to the gin. It is made in the tradition London dry style, suggesting a juniper forward flavor along with lime blossom, pepper, orange blossom, coriander, fir buds, angelica, licorice, rose hips, lemon, and orange (along with one secret, unnamed ingredient). This strikes us as a classic recipe with a dash of local Swiss flavor.
