Green Farms is the distillery launched by self-proclaimed "ginsmith" Steven DeAngelo of Brooklyn, New York. They use a custom-made 300-liter (~80 gallons) copper pot still that uses a "mercury vacuum." This is custom-designed to allow them to distill the alcohol at lower temperatures than typical stills, which they believe makes for a purer and more aromatic spirit. 

Greenhook Beach Plum liqueur uses a base of their American dry gin and then sweetens with cane sugar and infuses with northeastern indigenous beach plums from Long Island.
