Proof66 Notes

Suze Gentian Liqueur is their original formula, which comprises "50% gentian root." It is made from gentian as both a distillate base (fermented gentian distilled, presumably) and a maceration (an immersion of the herb in the spirit after distillation). There are other ingredients, which they claim to have kept secret all through the many decades.
